How long will it take to get a response after submitting a service request?
We will respond to your service request in 1-3 business days.
How long will the entire process take?
The amount of time it takes to complete your requested service depends on multiple factors, such as the type of service and the responsiveness of the client. After Career Frontrunner receives necessary information from the client, a Review service will be completed in 1-2 business days, an Overhaul service in 7 business days, and a Launch service in 10 business days.
How and when do I pay?
After you submit your service request, we will send you an email within 1-3 business days. This email will include an invoice and a link to submit your payment, which should be completed before we begin working on your request. Payments are processed through PayPal.
What format will my final documents be?
We will send your final documents to you as a Word document and PDF file.
