Meet Tim
My name is Tim Shope and I'm the creator of Career Frontrunner. Thank you so much for your interest in utilizing our services.
I possess years of experience helping others jumpstart their careers. Currently, I serve as the Hiring Manager for a home healthcare company where I review job applications and conduct interviews on a daily basis. Before my time as a Hiring Manager, I served as a Career Advisor and Assistant Director in the career center of a large state university. As a Career Advisor, I assisted students with resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, job applications, graduate school applications, and interview preparation. My main responsibility as an Assistant Director was to develop relationships with local and national employers in order to increase recruitment of the university's students.
My goal with Career Frontrunner is to provide a more affordable and personable option for those seeking to improve their professional profile in order to advance in their industry.
